CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hours in advance. Room rate put through at 6:00 p.m. on day of arrival

GUARANTEE POLICY
Generally we cannot guarantee any room or location, although we make ever effort to grant special requests.

PRICING
Pricing in our Suites is based upon an occupancy of two people per room.  Extra guests will be charged $25 plus applicable taxes per person.  We reserve the right to limit the number of guests per suite.

CREDIT CARD POLICY
Spa at the Monastery and Suites accepts major credit cards.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
Check in --- 3:00 pm
Check out --- 11:00 am

SPA APPOINTMENTS
The spa is typically very busy on weekends as well as many weekdays, so it may be difficult to arrange services on the day of your arrival.  We suggest that you consider booking your spa treatments as early as possible to ensure you get your preferred day and time.

CHILDREN
Children under 16 in the vitality or service levels must be accompanied by an adult.

PETS
Pets are not permitted.

PHONES
Local calls are included in room rate.
Long distance phone calls within North America are included within your room rate. Any calls outside of North America must me made on guests credit card or your calling call.

LOST ARTICLES
Owners or Owners� agents are not responsible for articles lost, stolen, or left behind in rooms.

DAMAGES
Guests will be held responsible for any damages to the room during their period of occupancy. Signatures on this agreement acknowledge permission to charge a credit account for damages incurred.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES
Personal checks will not be accepted.
Cash, money orders, or major credit cards will be accepted for final payment.

ADDITIONAL HOUSEKEEPING
If any additional housekeeping is required after your stay has checked out, an additional amount will be charged accordingly to your credit card number we have on file. (i.e.: moved furniture, excessive Jacuzzi abuse, etc.)

NO SMOKING
Smoking in the room will cause a charge of an extra $100.00 on the credit card associated with the room for extra room cleaning.

GROUP RATES
We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have about bringing a group to Spa at the Monastery and Suites.  Deposit amounts may differ.  Please check with one of our Guest Services Representatives for more information.

VITALITY LEVEL HOURS
Our Vitality Level is open for guests in our suites daily from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m., with the exception of Sunday; on Sundays we close the Vitality Level at 6:00 .m. for maintenance.
