Discretion and privacy are key to our service. Your therapist will
discuss any injuries, illnesses or special conditions that might
affect your therapy. During all body treatments you are draped to
ensure private areas remain completely covered. Just relax, close

FITNESS
STUDIO
Our fitness studio classes may include Yoga, Tai Chi and
Pilates. Please contact us to verify the current classes being
offered. Our class size will be limited.
CARDIO
ROOM
Personal trainers are available to design a program for your
individual needs and set you up in our state of the art cardio
room overlooking the soaking pools. We offer top of the line
treadmill, recumbent exercise bicycle, cross-trainer and a
power-block weight unit.
SOAKING
POOLS
Our signature pools therapy circuit uses alternating
temperatures to stimulate circulation of the blood and lymphatic
systems and help
improve immune functions while enhancing energy. Move from our
exclusive ancient sea minerals warm soaking pool to the hot
Jacuzzi, then experience a quick dip in our iceberg pool.
SPA
BOUTIQUE
All of our treatments and services can be enhanced by a take-home
regime, prescribed for you by your therapist to suit your skin and
body needs. The Spa Boutique offers a full array of healing
products and comfort accessories. You’ll also find a selection
of gift products for others to enjoy or to enhance corporate
gifts. Spa at the Monastery robes and sandals are available for
purchase. Browse our gift shop, which features the finest in home
spa products.
HAIR
SALON
As with all services at the Spa, health and vitality inspire
our hair care approach. Our stylists will consult, colour, style
and recommend homecare products to keep your hair and scalp in
beautiful condition. All consultations are complimentary for
weddings, individual services and other special events.

& CANCELLATIONS
Reserve
Spa Days and Packages, and Suites by credit card or gift
certificate. Treatment times and services you select are reserved
especially for you; please notify us 24 hours in advance (48 hours
for Packages) if you must cancel. Without proper notice, a
cancellation fee of up to 50% will be charged.
JEWELLERY
&
VALUABLES
For your protection we suggest you keep all valuables and Jewellery
at home or locked in your locker.

We request you turn off your cell phones before you enter the
Spa so you and others can fully enjoy this sanctuary of serenity.
If you must make a private call, please contact the front desk and
we will make suitable arrangements.

To provide you with maximum benefits and enjoyment from your
treatments, please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Your
punctuality is appreciated. As we must consider all of our
clients, you may be required to limit the time or relinquish your
scheduled treatment when you arrive late.

at time of booking and upon arrival if you have any medical or
health issues of which we should be aware.

We suggest you book your next appointment prior to leaving to

The Spa is an adult only facility (16 or older). Special
circumstances will be considered. Please contact management.
FEES
All prices are subject to change. Prices do not
include taxes. We guarantee your total satisfaction!
GRATUITIES
In
appreciation to the staff for outstanding service, gratuities may be
given at your discretion. Gift certificates do not include
gratuity.
MISCELLANEOUS
POINTS
We will
never compromise your modesty. You will be given a robe and/or a
wrap to change into before your treatment. What you wear under it
is up to you. Our therapists will only expose the portion of the
body that is being treated at the time.
Please
be advised that recently shaved skin may experience irritation.
For your comfort, do not shave 24 hours prior to your service.
Clients who are new
to waxing should note that hair must be approximately ¼ inch long for
optimum results. Too short could result in uneven hair removal;
too long could create more discomfort than necessary.
