APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Reserve Spa Days and Packages, and Suites by credit card or gift certificate. Treatment times and services you select are reserved especially for you; please notify us 24 hours in advance (48 hours for Packages) if you must cancel. Without proper notice, a cancellation fee of up to 50% will be charged.
JEWELLERY & VALUABLES
For your protection we suggest you keep all valuables and Jewellery at home or locked in your locker.
CELL-FREE ZONE
We request you turn off your cell phones before you enter the Spa so you and others can fully enjoy this sanctuary of serenity. If you must make a private call, please contact the front desk and we will make suitable arrangements.
NO SMOKING
We offer a healthful environment for our clients and staff.
CHECK IN PROCEDURE / PUNCTUALITY
To provide you with maximum benefits and enjoyment from your treatments, please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Your punctuality is appreciated. As we must consider all of our clients, you may be required to limit the time or relinquish your scheduled treatment when you arrive late.

Your health and wellness mean everything to us. Please let us know at time of booking and upon arrival if you have any medical or health issues of which we should be aware.

AGE REQUIREMENT
The Spa is an adult only facility (16 or older). Special circumstances will be considered. Please contact management.
FEES
All prices are subject to change. Prices do not include taxes. We guarantee your total satisfaction!
GRATUITIES
In appreciation to the staff for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. Gift certificates do not include gratuity.
MISCELLANEOUS POINTS
We will never compromise your modesty. You will be given a robe and/or a wrap to change into before your treatment. What you wear under it is up to you. Our therapists will only expose the portion of the body that is being treated at the time.
Please be advised that recently shaved skin may experience irritation. For your comfort, do not shave 24 hours prior to your service.
Clients who are new to waxing should note that hair must be approximately ¼ inch long for optimum results. Too short could result in uneven hair removal; too long could create more discomfort than necessary.
