At Spa at the Monastery and Suites, we specialize in classic and contemporary treatments, including aqua-polishing, hydrotherapy baths and body wraps; all of which are guaranteed to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

BODY RELAXATION TREATMENTS
Insurance receipts are not available for these treatments. Hydrotherapy and body wrap treatments with heat are not recommended for pregnant women or those with high blood pressure, heart or thyroid conditions. If in doubt, please consult your physician.

SEA HOLISTIC RELAXATION TREATMENT - $145                               
This luxurious treatment will relax your entire body. It begins with a silky remineralizing exfoliation, then flows into a specialized massage inspired by traditional Thai techniques using special linen boluses containing a mixture of Sea Salt Crystals and Lavender Flowers. Warmed with steam, the boluses are gently pressed onto areas of tension, resulting in a deep sense of well-being and tranquility. This experience includes a moisturizing min-facial to make you feel completely pampered. Allow 90 minutes plus rest time.

CHAKRA BALANCING MASSAGE - $105                               
Combining Aveda Spa Rituals with massage, foot reflexology and chakra energy work, this treatment uses a variety of massage techniques to relax the body, ease muscle tension, soothe the mind and bring balance to the chakra system. Allow 60 minutes plus rest time.

ELEMENTAL NATURE MASSAGE - $95                               
Based on your Elemental Nature Questionnaire, your therapist will determine your Elemental Nature and design a massage that will best nourish your needs. Whether it’s Calming for a soothing experience or Invigorating for a stimulating experience, you’re sure to feel relaxed and rejuvenated after an hour of hands-on touch therapy. Allow 45 minutes.  

HOT STONE RITUAL - $135                        
Our Hot Stone Ritual treatment uses smooth heated stones to relieve stiffness and soreness and invoke a deeper sense of relaxation. The stones are placed on key area of the body, including face, hands and feet, and then are incorporated into massage strokes. Allow 75 minutes.

ESSENTIAL BACK TREATMENT - $105
Designed to bring purity and balance to the skin on the back, this treatment will focus on cleansing, skin exfoliation, back massage and masque therapy. Perfect for a special occasion or if you are experiencing seasonal skin changes or have skin challenges on your back. Similar to a facial treatment, the products that are used will be customized for your individual needs.

REFLEXOLOGY - $150

A treatment on the pressure points of the feet and hands, reflexology is a gentle therapy that encourages the body to work naturally to restore its own healthy balance. Using the hands, the reflexologist stimulates these pressure points, which connect to all the body’s organs and systems, releasing congestion along the energy pathways thus counteracting stress. Reflexology has been shown to be effective for a large number of problems, including respiratory, sinus, allergies, menstrual, digestive, arthritis and joint, muscular, stress and depression, headaches and many others.
