RELAXATION
Calm yourself with this traditional massage, customized to your needs, which eases stress, increases circulation and soothes muscle soreness and pain. Your therapist will discuss your preferences for massage pressure, which can range from light to very firm.

SPORTS / DEEP TISSUE
Designed for the active person, this massage focuses on key areas to improve joint mobility and ease muscle tension. Helping to improve performance and recovery time, this massage is geared to an athlete’s special needs or those wishing deep muscle work.

AROMATHERAPY
Aromatics are applied with a light massage to rebalance the body through detoxification and oxygenation. Experience the natural, healing benefits of essential oils derived from plants and flowers. Your therapist will help you select a special formula to meet your specific needs.

PRE-NATAL
This massage helps alleviate the lower back pain, swelling, joint pressure and discomfort that sometimes occur during pregnancy. Our therapists have specialized training to provide a totally safe and relaxing massage experience. This treatment can be done on a specially designed massage table which allows the mother-to-be to relax in a face-down position or on a regular table incorporating special positions and pillows to ensure her comfort.

MASSAGE DUET
Two therapeutic massages performed side by side in the comfort of a duet room. Enjoy the company of a loved one or special friend by a cozy fireplace.
